History of the Imaginary Confectionary
The Imaginary Confectionary is owned and operated by Jessica Morgan, a culinary graduate from Schenectady County Community College in Schenectady New York. After spending two years at SCCC Jessica went on to pursue her bachelors in Food Management at Rochester Institute of Technology. She has worked many years in the restaurant field, partaking in the many roles the food industry holds. Today Jessica is a Wilton Method cake decorating instructor and recently formed The Imaginary Confectionary where she caters to the sweet dreams of your imagination.
